NEOFLON FEP NP-Series has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical properties comparable to PTFE, designed for compatibility with various melt forming methods:

NEOFLON PFA is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinylether. It is a perfluoro polymer consisting of only carbon and fluorine atoms without hydrogen atoms. It maintains the same excellent performance as PTFE across a wide temperature range from extremely low to high temperatures, with additional benefits of excellent transparency and mechanical strength at high temperatures. It can be molded using the same methods as general thermoplastic resins.

Features include good melt flowability, making it suitable for injection molding applications.
