NEOFLON FEP NP-Series has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical properties comparable to PTFE. Designed for compatibility with various melt forming methods:
PFA Neoflon AP-230 is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether, featuring a molecular structure where a perfluoroalkoxy radical is bonded to the carbon chain.
This material offers better mechanical strength at high temperatures than NEOFLON FEP and excellent moldability for easy processing via extrusion, compression, blow, transfer, and injection molding methods.
Due to the high bonding strength of carbon, fluorine, and oxygen atoms, NEOFLON PFA demonstrates outstanding capabilities similar to PTFE across temperatures ranging from -200°C to +260°C. NEOFLON PFA also features excellent transparency for melt-flow processing applications.
