Performance Advantages:
  • High rigidity and creep resistance: tensile strength up to 62-70 MPa with minimal deformation under long-term high loads
  • Chemical resistance: resistant to fuel, weak acids, alkalis and hydrolysis, suitable for automotive fuel systems and water supply pipelines
  • Processing flexibility: supports injection molding, extrusion, and two-component molding
Typical Grades:
  • M25: Low fluidity, high impact resistance, suitable for extrusion molding
  • GC25A: 25% glass fiber reinforced, tensile strength ≥150 MPa, for high-rigidity structural parts
  • M90 XAP®: Low volatilization, UV resistance, meets automotive interior environmental requirements
Hostaform® Series (Copolymer/Homopolymer)
Copolymer Properties:
  • Thermal stability: long-term use temperature of 100-120°C, short-term temperature resistance up to 160°C
  • Wear resistance and low friction: coefficient of friction 0.25-0.35, with molybdenum disulfide models optimizing self-lubricating properties
  • Medical-grade compliance: USP Class VI certified for surgical instruments
Homopolymer Model (H100):
  • Higher strength: better ductile strength and fatigue resistance than copolymer, suitable for precision gears
Special Grades:
  • XT20/XT90: Extreme toughness, superior impact resistance for automotive buckles and shock absorption components
  • MT8U01: Medical-grade high-fluidity material, FDA 21 CFR 177.2470 compliant, biocompatible to ISO 10993
