PRODUCT INFORMATION
1. Celcon® series (copolymer)
Performance advantage:
High rigidity and creep resistance: the tensile strength can reach 62-70 MPa, and the deformation is minimal when it is subjected to high loads for a long time.
Chemical resistance: resistant to fuel, weak acid and alkali and hydrolysis, suitable for automobile fuel systems and water supply pipelines.
Processing flexibility: support injection molding, extrusion, and two-component molding (such as combining with SEBS thermoplastic elastomers).
Typical model:
M25: low fluidity, high impact resistance, suitable for extrusion molding.
GC25A: 25% glass fiber reinforced, tensile strength ≥150 MPa, used for high-rigidity structural parts.
M90 XAP®: low volatilization, UV resistance, and meets the environmental protection requirements of automotive interiors.
2. Hostaform® series (copolymer / homopolymer)
Copolymer properties:
Thermal stability: long-term use temperature of 100-120°C, short-term temperature resistance of 160°C.
Wear resistance and low friction: the coefficient of friction is 0.25–0.35, and the molybdenum disulfide-containing models (such as C9021) further optimize the self-lubricating properties.
Medical-grade compliance: passed USP Class VI certification for insulin pens and surgical instruments.
Homopolymer model (H100):
Higher strength: the ductile strength and fatigue resistance are better than that of the copolymer, which is suitable for precision gears.
Special model:
XT20/XT90: Extreme toughness, impact resistance surpasses traditional modified POM, used in automotive buckles and shock absorption components.
MT8U01: Medical-grade high-fluidity material, in line with FDA 21 CFR 177.2470 standard, biocompatible up to ISO 10993.

Fuel system: oil pump assembly, fuel pipe joint (ethanol-resistant gasoline).
Mechanical parts: door lock mechanism, wiper gear (anti-fatigue + wear-resistant).
Interior and exterior: The low-volatile XAP® model is used for the dashboard, and the UV-resistant grade is used for outdoor rearview mirrors.
