ETFE is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene, forming a tough fluoropolymer resin. This molecular structure provides the coating with exceptional properties for demanding industrial applications.

  • EC-6510: White powder with excellent electrostatic spraying effect. Film thickness of 0.1-0.3 mm, ideal for ultra-thin applications. Features chemical stability, environmental resistance, wide temperature range (-200℃ to 180℃), V-0 flame retardant, radiation resistance, and excellent electrical properties.
  • EC-6515: Green powder with superior corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Suitable for linings in chemical and semiconductor industries.
  • EC-6519: Black powder offering excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Used in chemical, semiconductor, and various industrial applications.
  • EC-6520: Transparent powder coating with excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Provides protection while maintaining visibility in chemical and semiconductor applications.

  • Excellent Processability: Compatible with all standard thermoplastic processing methods including injection molding, compression molding, blow molding, rotational molding, extrusion, and wire coating.
  • Chemical Stability: Resistant to most chemicals including strong acids and alkalis.
  • Heat Resistance: Stable performance from -200℃ to 180℃, with continuous use at 180℃ and short-term higher temperature tolerance.
  • Electrical Properties: High insulation, high breakdown voltage, low dielectric constant, and minimal dielectric loss across wide frequency ranges.
  • Mechanical Strength: Tough material with excellent tear resistance, tensile strength, impact resistance, and extended service life.
  • Additional Features: UL-94V-0 flame retardant, non-toxic, odorless, excellent weather resistance (10+ years), UV resistance, low friction, high wear resistance, anti-adhesion, and water/oil repellency.
