The Chemours Teflon Industrial Coatings Specialty System is a series of high-performance coating systems featuring a special blend of fluoropolymers including PTFE, PFA, and FEP.

Specialty system coatings combine the advantages of multiple fluoropolymers, offering excellent demolding and wear resistance. These coatings comply with US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations for food contact and can withstand continuous use temperatures up to 550°F (288°C).

Basic Coating System: Relatively simple system providing basic protection and performance in scenarios with less demanding coating requirements, offering non-stick and corrosion resistance properties.

Silverstone Coating System: A more classic coating structure with superior comprehensive performance, including enhanced non-stick properties, wear resistance, and chemical resistance. Maintains stable performance in various industrial environments and is suitable for equipment with high coating performance requirements.

Ceramic Reinforcement Process System: Incorporates ceramic reinforcement components to improve coating hardness, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance. Provides reliable protection and extends equipment service life in harsh industrial conditions such as high friction and high temperature environments.

Primarily used in the food processing industry to meet requirements for non-stick surfaces, easy cleaning, and compliance with food safety standards. Suitable for surface coatings of baking trays, grills, conveyor belts, molds, and other food processing equipment.
