Formula Features: Formulated from a special mixture of fluoropolymers and other high-performance resins. It can be layered during the curing process, so that the fluoropolymer is more concentrated on the surface, thereby better maintaining the hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low friction and non-stick properties of the coating.

Application Areas: Can be applied to smooth and clean metal surfaces, suitable for food processing equipment, fasteners, and parts in the automotive and aerospace markets.

• Corrosion Resistance: Can resist the erosion of a variety of chemicals, remaining stable in complex chemical environments and protecting coated objects from corrosion.
• Wear Resistance: Has good wear resistance, can withstand friction and wear, extending the service life of components.
• Low Friction: Low friction coefficient minimizes friction loss on coated surfaces, improving equipment operation efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
• Non-stickiness: Almost all substances are difficult to adhere to its surface, facilitating cleaning and preventing adhesion of dirt and grease.
• High Temperature Resistance: Can withstand high temperatures and maintain stable performance under high temperature working conditions.

Other Teflon single-layer coatings, such as Teflon® S products, are also single-layer and self-priming. Compared with pure fluoropolymers, they have lower curing temperatures but may compromise some properties like high temperature resistance and demolding.
