- POLYFLON Series, a variety of high-performance PTFE. Available in fine powder, molding powder or dispersion used for tubes, membranes, etc.
- NEOFLON Series, a complete array of melt-processable fluoropolymers such as FEP, PFA, ETFE, PCTFE, suitable for pipe, sealant, roofing, etc.
NEOFLON PFA AP-Series has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and weatherability. It resembles PTFE but can be melt-molded. The high-purity PFA-SH series has made big achievements in the manufacturing process of semiconductors due to the low elution of fluoride ions and particles. Daikin lines up product items of general grade, high purity grade, and antistatic grade.

PFA Neoflon AP-211SH is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl e ther, NEOFLON PFA is a compound of carbon atoms and fluorine atoms in which a perfluoroalkoxy radical is bonded to the carbon chain in the following molecular structure.
PFA Neoflon AP-211SH has better mechanical strength at high temperatures than NEOFLON FEP, and has excellent moldability for easy of processing by extrusion, compression, blow, transfer, and injection molding methods. Due to the high bonding strength of the carbon, fluorine and oxygen atoms, NEOFLON PFA demonstrates nearly the same outstanding capabilities as PTFE in temperatures ranging -200°C ~+260°C. NEOFLON PFA has excellent transparency for use in melt-flow processing.
