DAIKIN Neoflon PFA AP-210 is a high-performance perfluoropolymer virgin pellet powder designed to withstand extreme conditions. This melt-processable fluoropolymer offers excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and weatherability.

Automotive fuel tubes, roofing membranes, semiconductor components, and wires have in common the need to endure extreme operating conditions. From chemical resistance to harsh outdoor exposure, these parts must withstand various aggressions while ensuring heat stability and excellent electrical properties.

DAIKIN has developed two comprehensive ranges of Fluoropolymers:

• POLYFLON Series: A variety of high-performance PTFE available in fine powder, molding powder, or dispersion used for tubes, membranes, etc.
• NEOFLON Series: A complete array of melt-processable fluoropolymers such as FEP, PFA, ETFE, PCTFE, suitable for pipes, sealants, roofing, etc.

NEOFLON PFA AP-Series has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and weatherability. It resembles PTFE but can be melt-molded. The high-purity PFA-SH series has achieved significant success in semiconductor manufacturing due to low elution of fluoride ions and particles. Daikin offers product items in general grade, high purity grade, and antistatic grade.
