PEEK KetaSpire KT-820 GF13 is a low-mobility, 13% glass fiber-enhanced polyetherether ketone (PEEK). The glass fiber content was optimized to balance strength, stiffness, and toughness-related properties such as impact resistance and fracture elongation. The low content of glass fiber improves appearance and reduces anisotropy compared to 30% glass fiber enhancement formulations.
KetaSpire PEEK is produced in accordance with the highest industry standards, characterized by first-class fatigue resistance, easy melting and processing, high purity, and excellent tolerance of organic, acid, alkali and other chemicals. These properties make this resin material very suitable for oil and gas recovery, semiconductor manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, medical, chemical treatment, and other industrial applications.
The resin, in its natural state, is opaque and ranges from beige to light brown.
