Fluon® PFA Resins are copolymers of tetrafluoroethylene and a perfluorinated vinyl ether. They can be used over a wide temperature range from -200°C to 260°C while maintaining excellent chemical, electrical, mechanical and surface properties.

PFA resins retain many inherent characteristics of PTFE but can be processed using conventional thermoplastic techniques including:

• Extrusion molding
• Injection molding
• Blow molding
• Electrostatic powder coating

With an oxygen index of 95% or better, these noncombustible resins offer outstanding weatherability and maintain their characteristics when exposed to outdoor conditions for extended periods.

PFA P-66P is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (C2F4) and perfluoroalkoxyethylene, featuring excellent chemical, electrical, mechanical and surface properties. It retains many inherent characteristics of PTFE but can be processed using conventional thermoplastic techniques.

Fluon® PFA can be used within a wide temperature range from extremely low temperatures to 260°C maximum without losing its properties.

Primary Application: Stress crack resistant lining, making it ideal for semiconductor equipment parts that are in constant contact with strong chemicals.
