DAIKIN Neoflon PFA AP-201 is a high-performance perfluoropolymer available in virgin pellet powder form, designed for extreme operating conditions with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and weatherability.

Fluoropolymers designed to stand the most extreme and unique conditions. Automotive fuel tubes, roofing membranes, semiconductor components, and wires endure extreme operating conditions requiring chemical resistance, harsh outdoor exposure, heat stability, and excellent electrical properties.

DAIKIN offers two comprehensive ranges of Fluoropolymers:

• POLYFLON Series: High-performance PTFE available in fine powder, molding powder, or dispersion for tubes, membranes, etc.
• NEOFLON Series: Melt-processable fluoropolymers including FEP, PFA, ETFE, PCTFE suitable for pipe, sealant, roofing, etc.

NEOFLON PFA AP-Series offers excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and weatherability. While resembling PTFE, it can be melt-molded. The high-purity PFA-SH series achieves significant success in semiconductor manufacturing due to low elution of fluoride ions and particles.

PFA Neoflon AP-201 pellets feature good melt flowability and can be processed similarly to other thermoplastic resins. Ideal for complicated injection molded parts requiring high melt flow to fill thin wall wire insulation and similar applications.
