DAIKIN offers two comprehensive ranges of Fluoropolymers:

• POLYFLON Series: High-performance PTFE available in fine powder, molding powder, or dispersion for tubes, membranes, and more
• NEOFLON Series: Complete array of melt-processable fluoropolymers including FEP, PFA, ETFE, PCTFE suitable for pipes, sealants, roofing, and more

FEP Neoflon NP-20 is a melt-moldable fluoropolymer with excellent thermal stability, electrical properties, abrasion resistance, and long-term weatherability. Widely used for wire insulation, cable jackets, and tubes.

• Copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene
• Low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss tangent due to low polarity molecular structure
• Strong C-F bond provides heat resistance, chemical inertness, and excellent weatherability
• Excellent flame retardancy (limiting O2 index 95 vol%, UL94V-0)
• Small coefficient of friction for excellent slipperiness
• Low surface energy for water and oil repellency, non-adherence properties

NEOFLON FEP NP-Series offers excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical properties comparable to PTFE, designed for compatibility with various melt forming methods:
