Tefzel™ ETFE (ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene) resins are melt-processable copolymers with excellent physical toughness and resistance to radiation, chemicals, UV, and extreme temperatures. Available as pellets or powder, these resins can be customized for desired color, reinforcement, and conductivity levels.

• Wire and cable applications including computer terminations, power circuits, steel mill cables, and airframe wire

Tefzel™ ETFE resins offer relatively low melting points and high-melt flow rates, making them easy to process by conventional melt-extrusion techniques and various molding processes.

DuPont® FEP CJ 99 is a melt-processible copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene without additives that meets ASTM D 2116 type I requirements.
