Polyplastics PPS Granules Durafide 1140A6 is a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin containing 40% glass fiber reinforced material, classified as UL94 V0 grade and available in all colors.

DURAFIDE® PPS is a super engineering plastic known for its excellent resistance to heat and chemicals. Originally launched by Polyplastics as Japan's first production compound, it utilizes PPS polymer with linear molecular structure from Kureha Corporation.

This material maintains superior mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and fireproof properties while offering excellent toughness with superior ability to withstand stretching and impacts.

Linear PPS (DURAFIDE®) offers distinct advantages compared to cross-linked PPS:
